1. Manage and update personnel status files and BC rosters using the Albam system.
2. Handle administrative tasks related to temporary BC payment costs.
3. Coordinate BC recruitment and onboarding processes, including interview setup and information management.
4. Oversee mobile BC record management and expense settlement.
5. Extract, process, and analyze SSAS data for the sales team.
6. Conduct counter stock reviews and manage inventory adjustments.
7. Review tester and supply quantities and manage big sales transactions.
8. Coordinate event season item selection and stock weight adjustments.
9. Arrange and create agendas for CM, sales, and other meetings.
10. Collaborate with the VMD team for counter maintenance and EHS team for safety inspections.
11. Prepare for market visits and provide insights for counter operations.
12. Consolidate sales and event status information from competitors and internal teams.

1. University degree
2. 1-2 years of experience in retail or cosmetics industry

1. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
2. Strong time management and multitasking abilities
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Open-minded and proactive attitude
5. English proficiency preferred

1-2 years of experience in the retail or cosmetics industry is required.

University degree is required.
