Christian Dior Sales Coordinator

- Coordinate monthly order analysis and management for clients, including monitoring quotas and collaborating with the Business Demand Manager.
- Develop and track monthly Sell-in forecasts with the Commercial Sales Manager, identifying potential risks to business performance.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse stock levels for retailers/clients to ensure they meet targeted stock cover levels.
- Supervise and track payments, claims, and credit notes, notifying the Commercial Sales Manager of any issues.
- Compile monthly summaries of new products for client order recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Area Manager to track monthly Sell-in versus forecasts for products and point-of-sale materials (POSM).
- Maintain and distribute updated price lists for new products, ensuring alignment with brand priorities.
- Ensure timely ordering and receipt of all POSM and Merchandising items.
- Compile novelties list per agent quarterly and coordinate with the Regulatory team for product registration.
- Support Key Accounts management by sharing monthly Item Creation Files for novelties with Retailers for SKU registration.
- Analyze Stock on Hand per market, define return lists, and coordinate operational execution with retailers and agents.
- Coordinate availability of samples and GWPs with Trade marketing and Supply teams.
- Follow up on A&P to align with budget, create POs in SAP, and coordinate with LVMH Finance for invoice payment.
- Support the Commercial Sales Manager in tracking expenses versus budget and alert the Commercial Area Manager of any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Retailer Managers, trade marketing, and brand managers to organize orders for POSM and testers.
- Monitor the trade-plan timeline to prevent delays.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal assortment based on requirements.
- Collaborate with various accounts and stakeholders throughout the region.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint; SAP and PowerBi knowledge is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury and beauty industry.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
- Analytical skills with a business-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and rigor, with a proactive and autonomous attitude.
- Teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 3 years in a supply-chain or business analysis role.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent.
