- Achieve sales targets while upholding the brand's image and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Optimize boutique performance to ensure client satisfaction through personalized advice and after-sales service.
- Anticipate and respond to customer needs, fostering client loyalty.
- Maintain and update the client database, engaging new customers with genuine human interaction.
- Participate in local actions and commercial animations, acting as a Dior ambassador.
- Conduct perfume consultations, flash make-up sessions, and instant skincare treatments.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising and general maintenance of the boutique.
- Manage stock and participate in inventory and discrepancy tracking.
- Adhere to punctuality, scheduling, and Dior grooming standards.
- Actively participate in team activities and report challenges to the Boutique Manager.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector (cosmetics, perfumes, ready-to-wear, etc.).
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong general knowledge of perfumes and cosmetics is advantageous.
- Good understanding of the local environment.
- Solid sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
- Desire to learn and adaptability.
- Attention to detail, results-oriented, and a passion for challenges.
- Proficiency in using computer tools.
- Client-focused: Establish strong client relationships, identify needs, and respond effectively.
- Team spirit: Collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
- Effective communication tailored to diverse audiences.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.
Preferably at least a Bac+2, ideally CAP or BTS in aesthetics, cosmetics, or perfumery.
