1. Optimize both quantitative and qualitative performance of the sales stand to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Anticipate and address client needs and expectations.
3. Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
4. Maintain and update the client database.
5. Engage new clients through genuine human interaction.
6. Execute CRM and clienteling activities to expand and retain the client portfolio.
7. Attract clients from outside the stand and participate in local actions and commercial animations as a Dior ambassador.
8. Conduct perfume consultations, flash make-up sessions, and instant skincare treatments.
9. Propose initiatives to boost sales revenue.
10. Ensure the quality of the stand's presentation and adhere to internal visual merchandising guidelines.
11. Maintain the general upkeep of the stand, including sales and back-office areas.
12. Create attractive displays and product animations.
13. Assist in stock management and stand characteristics.
14. Participate in inventory and discrepancy tracking.
15. Adhere to punctuality, scheduling, and Dior grooming standards.
16. Actively contribute to team dynamics and report challenges to the Stand Manager.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector (cosmetics, perfumes, ready-to-wear, etc.).
2. Fluency in French and English.
3. Strong general knowledge of perfumes, skincare, and cosmetics is advantageous.
4. Solid sales and customer service skills.
