1. Optimize the quantitative and qualitative performance of the sales stand to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Anticipate and respond to customer needs and expectations.
3. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
4. Update and manage the customer database.
5. Engage new clients with the brand through genuine human interaction.
6. Execute CRM and clienteling activities to expand and retain the client portfolio.
7. Attract customers from outside the stand and participate in local actions and commercial animations as an ambassador of Dior.
8. Conduct fragrance consultations, flash make-up sessions, and instant skincare treatments.
9. Propose initiatives to drive sales growth.
10. Ensure the quality of the stand's presentation and adhere to internal visual merchandising standards.
11. Maintain the general upkeep of the sales and back-office areas.
12. Create attractive product displays and animations.
13. Contribute to stock management and participate in inventory and discrepancy tracking.
14. Adhere to punctuality, scheduling, and Dior grooming standards.
15. Actively participate in team activities and report challenges to the Stand Manager.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector (cosmetics, perfumes, ready-to-wear, etc.).
2. Fluency in French and English.
3. Strong general knowledge of perfumes, skincare, and cosmetics is advantageous.
4. Solid sales and customer service skills.

Preferably a Bac+2, ideally a CAP or BTS in aesthetics, cosmetics, or perfumery.
