2. Develop cross-selling strategies with three-axis sales and ensure daily stock monitoring.
3. Ensure compliance with planograms and maintain the quality and presentation of the display area.
4. Regularly conduct competitive analysis and propose new product developments and projects in response to customer needs and expectations.
5. Unite the Sephora team in support of the Dior brand.

1. Expert knowledge in fragrance, skincare, and makeup, with the ability to perform quality flash makeovers and provide personalized advice.
2. Fluency in French and English.
