Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to the development of sales and Dior's market share within the store.
- Implement the D.I.O.R sales technique and foster customer loyalty to products and expertise.
- Develop cross-selling opportunities with three-axis sales and ensure daily stock monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with planograms and maintain the quality and presentation of the sales area.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis and propose new product developments and projects based on customer needs and expectations.
- Unite the Sephora team behind the Dior brand.
Qualifications
- Expert knowledge in Perfume, Skincare, and Makeup.
- Ability to perform quality flash makeovers with personalized advice.
- Fluency in French and English.

- Sales techniques proficiency.
- Service-oriented with a strong sense of rigor and customer focus.
- Result-oriented with active listening and teamwork capabilities.
