Responsibilities
- Develop sales and ensure service quality at the point of sale
- Analyze sales figures and results
- Negotiate and manage action plans
- Conduct competitive reporting
- Anticipate and respond to customer needs
- Engage and animate the sales space
- Recruit and retain regular customers
- Propose and implement action plans
- Participate in local actions and commercial animations
- Conduct perfume consultations, flash make-up, and instant care
- Ensure brand image and merchandising standards
- Manage Dior's product line within a multi-brand environment
- Maintain quality merchandising and stock management
- Respect punctuality, scheduling, and presentation standards
Qualifications
- Good level of French and English
- Proficiency in an additional foreign language is appreciated
- Knowledge of product ranges
- Excellent interpersonal and service skills
