Christian Dior Sales Advisor

- Optimize both quantitative and qualitative performance metrics of the sales stand to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Anticipate and address customer needs and expectations.
- Develop and maintain enduring customer relationships to foster loyalty.
- Update and manage the customer database.
- Engage new clients with the brand through genuine human interaction.
- Execute CRM and clienteling activities to expand and retain the client portfolio.
- Attract customers to the stand and participate in local marketing initiatives and commercial animations.
- Conduct fragrance consultations, flash make-up sessions, and instant skincare treatments.
- Propose strategies to enhance sales performance.
- Ensure the stand's presentation quality and adhere to internal visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain the general upkeep of the stand, including both sales and back-office areas.
- Create attractive product displays and promotional animations.
- Contribute to stock management and participate in inventory and discrepancy tracking.
- Adhere to punctuality, scheduling, and Dior grooming standards.
- Actively participate in team activities and report any challenges to the Stand Manager.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector (cosmetics, perfumes, fashion, etc.).
- Proficiency in both French and English.
- Strong general knowledge of perfumes, skincare, and cosmetics is advantageous.
- Solid sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented skills.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
- Attention to detail, results-oriented, and a passion for challenges.
- Proficiency in using computer tools.
- Customer-centric approach: Establish strong relationships with clients, identify their needs, and respond accordingly.
- Team spirit: Collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
- Effective communication tailored to diverse audiences.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury sector.
Preferably at least a Bac+2 (ideally CAP or BTS in aesthetics - cosmetics - perfumery).
