- Sell Dior products by meeting customer needs and providing a memorable experience with high-level service throughout the sales process.
- Communicate passionately about the brand and products.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to monthly KPIs.
- Master brand, product range, and competitor knowledge.
- Apply the dedicated client journey specific to the institute and perform facial and body treatments according to established protocols.
- Develop lasting relationships with existing clients and engage new clients through genuine human interaction.
- Conduct all CRM and clienteling activities.
- Know and apply merchandising guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels regularly to ensure appropriate levels, especially for skincare products.
- Perform all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
- Manage laundry scheduling with the laundry service.
- Provide the best cabin services meeting Dior Prestige La Suite requirements.
- Offer personalized and expert skincare sales ceremonies adapted to the cabin.
- Manage cabin bookings and ensure client loyalty.
- Preferably with experience in high-end/luxury institutes.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in facial and body care.
- Good communication skills.
- General knowledge of perfumes, skincare, and cosmetics.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Proven ability in applying facial and body treatments, especially high-level care.
- Proficiency in English.
Minimum 3 years of experience in facial and body care, preferably in a high-end or luxury setting.
Preferably at least a Bac+2 with a specialization in skincare: aesthetics and cosmetics.
