1. Serve as an ambassador for Dior, embodying the brand's values and exclusive spa techniques.
2. Achieve defined sales targets while enhancing the brand image and delivering an unforgettable customer experience.
3. Sell Dior products by addressing client needs and providing a high-level service throughout the sales process using the D.I.O.R. method.
4. Communicate passionately about the brand and its products, ensuring clients are well-informed.
5. Apply the dedicated client journey specific to the institute, performing facial and body treatments according to established protocols.
6. Develop and maintain lasting relationships with existing clients and engage new clients through genuine interaction.
7. Execute all CRM and clienteling activities.
8. Adhere to merchandising guidelines and regularly monitor stock levels, particularly skincare products.
9. Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including managing laundry services.
10. Provide top-tier cabin services in line with the Dior Prestige La Suite requirements.
11. Offer personalized and expert skincare sales ceremonies, utilizing Dior diagnostic tools when available.
12. Manage cabin bookings and foster client loyalty.

1. Preferably with experience in high-end/luxury institutes.
2. At least 3 years of professional experience in facial and body treatments.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of perfumes, skincare, and cosmetics.
3. Proven sales and customer service skills.
4. Proficiency in applying high-level facial and body treatments.
5. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in facial and body treatments, ideally within a luxury or high-end setting.

Preferably at least a Bac+2 with a specialization in skincare: aesthetics and cosmetics.
