4. Communicate brand and product knowledge effectively to clients, fostering long-lasting relationships.

6. Manage stock levels, ensuring optimal availability of skincare products.
7. Execute merchandising guidelines and perform operational and administrative tasks.
8. Offer personalized skincare consultations using Dior's diagnostic tools, when available.
9. Oversee cabin reservations and ensure client retention.

1. Experience in a high-end or luxury spa environment preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in facial and body treatments.

2. Comprehensive knowledge of perfumes, skincare, and cosmetics.
3. Proven sales and customer service abilities.
4. Proficiency in facial and body treatment applications, especially high-level care.
5. Fluency in English.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in facial and body treatments, preferably in a luxury setting.

Preferably at least a Bac+2 with a specialization in skincare: aesthetics and cosmetics.
