1. Serve as an ambassador for Dior, embodying the brand's values and promoting its image.
2. Achieve defined sales targets while delivering an unforgettable customer experience through high-level service.
3. Sell Dior products by addressing customer needs and providing a memorable service throughout the sales process, adhering to the D.I.O.R. method.
4. Communicate passionately about the brand and its products, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the brand, product lines, and competitors.
5. Apply the dedicated customer journey specific to the institute, performing facial and body treatments in accordance with established protocols.
6. Develop lasting relationships with existing clients and engage new clients through genuine human interaction.
7. Conduct all CRM and clienteling activities.
8. Understand and apply merchandising guidelines, regularly monitor stock levels to ensure appropriate inventory, especially for skincare products.
9. Perform all assigned operational and administrative tasks, including managing laundry services.
10. Provide the best cabin services, meeting the requirements of the Dior Prestige La Suite menu.
11. Offer personalized and expert skincare sales ceremonies, utilizing Dior's skin diagnostic tools when available.
12. Manage cabin bookings and foster client loyalty.

1. Preferably with experience in a high-end/luxury institute.
2. At least 3 years of professional experience in facial and body treatments.

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of perfumes, skincare, and cosmetics.
3. Proven sales and customer service skills.
4. Proficiency in applying high-level facial and body treatments.
5. Fluency in English.

Minimum of 3 years in facial and body treatments, preferably in a luxury or high-end setting.

Preferably at least a Bac+2 with a specialization in skincare: aesthetics and cosmetics.
