1. Analyze and process client product sales orders.
2. Manage the allocation of promotional materials on orders, adhering to rules and forecasts.
3. Process and report on orders for POSM, VM, visuals, Duratrans, uniforms, and sales staff allocations.
4. Facilitate logistical follow-up as a commercial interface; collaborate with the logistics department to resolve disputes and streamline order flow.
5. Prepare client documents concerning assortment and pricing by researching, gathering, and filtering information.
6. Process sell-out data for reporting tools.
7. Update client files.
8. Provide daily support to sales managers, commercial delegates, trainers, clients, and sales staff.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or Foreign Languages (from a business school or university).
2. Fluent in French and Spanish; proficiency in English is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Ability to quickly adapt within an international organization.
3. Strong task prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
4. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Entry-level experience suitable for current students or recent graduates.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in Business Management or Foreign Languages.
