1. Analyze and process customer product sales orders.
2. Manage the allocation of advertising materials on orders in accordance with rules and forecasts.
3. Process and report on orders for POSM, VM, visuals, Duratrans, uniforms, and sales staff allocations.
4. Facilitate logistical follow-up as a commercial interface; collaborate with the Logistics department to resolve disputes and streamline order flows.
5. Prepare client documents regarding assortment and pricing by researching, gathering, and filtering information.
6. Process sell-out data to feed reporting tools.
7. Update client files.
8. Provide daily support to sales managers, sales representatives, trainers, clients, and sales staff.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or Master's degree in business management or foreign languages from a business school or university.
2. Fluent in French and English; proficiency in Spanish is required for certain regions.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Ability to quickly adapt in an international organization.
3. Strong task prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
4. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
