1. Analyze and process client sales orders.
2. Manage the allocation of promotional materials in accordance with guidelines and forecasts.
3. Handle and report on orders related to POSM, VM, visuals, Duratrans, uniforms, and sales staff allocations.
4. Facilitate logistics follow-up as a commercial interface; collaborate with the logistics department to resolve disputes and streamline order flow.
5. Alert on supply chain issues.
6. Prepare assortment and pricing documents for clients by researching, gathering, and filtering information.
7. Process sell-out data for reporting tools.
8. Update client files.
9. Provide daily support to commercial managers, sales delegates, trainers, clients, and sales staff.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or Foreign Languages.
2. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Spanish is required for certain regions.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Ability to quickly adapt in an international organization.
3. Strong task prioritization to meet deadlines.
4. Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
