Retail Training Project Assistant Intern

1. Participate in organizing training cycles, contributing to training tools, and developing immersive training strategies.
2. Collaborate with a team of 7 European trainers to analyze needs and construct activities and tools.
3. Assist in creating training modules to enhance the skills of sales teams.
4. Determine content for activation on MyDIOR, manage community aspects, and handle content creation and publication.
5. Analyze KPIs and create reports.
6. Collaborate with Central training teams.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program in Business School or equivalent.
2. Ideally, previous experience in project management, training, marketing, or digital.

1. Structured, versatile, rigorous, flexible, and creative.
2. Dynamic, proactive with excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Familiarity with Canva is a plus.
6. Interest in social media.
7. Knowledge of video creation or photo editing software is a plus.

Entry-level, ideally with significant experience in cosmetics and luxury.

Enrolled in a Master's program in Business School or equivalent.

Internship from July to December 2025, located in Neuilly sur Seine.
