1. Support the Travel Retail APAC Regional Training Team by managing retail performance tools and training elements.
2. Create and maintain e-learning content, including news posts and modules, tailored to regional topics.
3. Coordinate with external vendors for translation and production of training materials.
4. Utilize Adobe Premium Pro and Capcut for video editing and subtitle addition.
5. Develop and update retail and training tools using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
6. Provide administrative support, including database maintenance and financial processing.
7. Attend and document monthly training meetings, disseminating recordings and minutes.
8. Organize and provide logistical support for training seminars and marketing meetings.

1. Ability to commit full-time for at least 6 months.
2. University student or recent graduate with an interest in retail training.
3. Understanding and appreciation of the luxury beauty industry.

1. Motivated and fast learner with strong attention to detail.
2. Team-oriented with good project management skills.
3. Digitally savvy and organized.
4. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premium Pro, Canva, Capcut, and Excel.
5. Chinese language skills are advantageous.

Beginner level experience in retail training or a related field is preferred.

University student or recent graduate.
