1. Drive the sales and market share of the stand by defining and implementing strategic actions to achieve targets.
2. Manage additional podium activities to meet financial objectives, including recruiting and managing temporary staff.
3. Organize and evaluate commercial animations on the stand, providing recommendations for improvement.
4. Monitor competitive landscape and identify commercial development opportunities.
5. Analyze brand and competitor data to inform strategic decisions.
6. Build relationships with Sephora managers and store management to maintain Dior's leadership position.
7. Develop the skills of sales advisors, makeup artists, and specialists through continuous training and development.
8. Recruit, integrate, and train new team members.
9. Define team missions and objectives, motivating and challenging them daily.
10. Ensure the stand upholds the brand's image of excellence, including merchandising and grooming standards.
11. Manage activity schedules, stock levels, and procedural compliance, including product orders and inventory management.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management and performance development.
2. Strong affinity for luxury products and knowledge of the high-end retail environment.

3. Adaptability, rigor, and results-oriented mindset.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

A minimum of 5 years in team management and performance development within the luxury retail sector.

Bachelor's degree or higher in commerce, management, or luxury.
