- Drive sales and market share growth by implementing strategic recommendations and actions to achieve set objectives.
- Manage additional podium activities to meet financial targets, including recruiting and overseeing temporary staff.
- Organize and evaluate the effectiveness of commercial animations on the stand, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify commercial development opportunities.
- Analyze brand and competitor data to inform strategic decisions.
- Cultivate relationships with Sephora managers and store management to ensure Dior's leadership position within the flagship store.
- Develop the skills of sales advisors, makeup artists, and specialists through continuous training and development.
- Recruit, integrate, and train new team members.
- Define team missions and objectives, motivating and challenging them daily.
- Ensure the stand upholds Dior's image of excellence through adherence to merchandising and grooming standards.
- Establish activity schedules, manage stock optimally, and ensure procedural compliance, including product orders and inventory management.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in commerce, management, or luxury fields.
- Strong affinity for luxury products and knowledge of high-end retail environments.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management and performance development.
- Leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Adaptability, rigor, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in team management and performance enhancement within a luxury retail environment.
Bachelor's degree or higher in commerce, management, or luxury.
