1. Support the sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and experiences.
2. Assist in identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products.
3. Contribute to maintaining visual merchandising standards and stock organization.
4. Aid in product availability control and stock replenishment as needed.
5. Participate in daily store operations, including openings, closings, and inventory management.
6. Observe and familiarize with key performance indicators (KPIs).
7. Stay informed about the brand's products, values, and standards of excellence.
8. Support special events, product launches, and in-store activations.

1. Current undergraduate or master's student in Commerce, Marketing, Fashion, Beauty, or related fields.
2. Ability to sign a 6-month internship agreement with a university or school.
3. Interest in the luxury sector, cosmetics, and customer experience.
4. Proactive, eager to learn, detail-oriented, with a positive attitude.
5. High proficiency in Spanish and advanced English (minimum B2).

1. Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Lotus Notes.
2. Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.

No prior experience required, although previous exposure to retail or customer service is beneficial.

Enrollment in a relevant degree or master's program.

Monthly stipend of €800 net.

Full-time internship for 6 months with comprehensive training and mentorship in luxury retail, set within a prestigious brand under the LVMH umbrella.
