1. Participate in the comprehensive development of events launched in stands and boutiques.
2. Coordinate animations and services across the entire France Market (Multibrand & Direct Retail).
3. Monitor post-event performance and key moments, including sales figures and qualitative feedback from field teams and clients.
4. Prepare monthly reports on customer experience in stands and boutiques for the Retail France Directorate.
5. Track and report on Clienteling performance using the Dior Connect tool within the Direct Retail network.
6. Coordinate grooming needs and serve as the primary contact for field teams in stands and boutiques.
7. Manage weekly newsletters for sales teams in France, encompassing marketing, logistics, and commercial information.
8. Develop and monitor sales challenge objectives for field teams.
9. Oversee the operational budget for the Retail service and animation budgets.
10. Update price lists following new launches and quarterly reviews.

1. Strong organizational and communication skills
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
3. Ability to work under pressure with a high level of responsiveness
4. Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
5. Sensitivity to field-related issues

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business or a related field.
