- Develop, maintain, and re-forecast monthly sales plans for assigned categories, aligning with financial guidance and budgets.
- Forecast all new products for boutiques, ensuring alignment with budgets and cohesive vision with the Canadian planner.
- Perform regular reviews of performance by SKU to optimize inventory levels.
- Analyze and recap product performance by category and line to share insights with corporate and retail teams.
- Update weekly sales projections in collaboration with Retail Leadership.
- Align assortment and forecasts for new store openings and seasonal rotations with store design, VM, and marketing.
- Develop strategies for initial, replenishment, and rebalance inventory to support stores.
- Monitor replenishment processes and review inventory levels with Supply Chain.
- Prepare orders for new store and product openings, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Communicate new launch deliveries and timelines to Retail teams.
- Collaborate with retail operations and supply chain to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategic business initiatives and growth.
- Report to the Director of Retail Innovation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail product planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Experience in beauty and fragrances, vertical retail, D2C, or luxury fashion environment preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop colleagues.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage financial reports.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and solutions-oriented approach in high-pressure situations.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; PowerBI experience a plus.
5+ years of experience in retail product planning, forecasting, and budgeting, ideally within the beauty and fragrances sector or luxury fashion environment.
Salary range of $115,000-$125,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
