1. Develop and maintain sales plans by category.
2. Analyze weekly sales performance and collaborate with the Key Account Director.
3. Track and monitor sales against targets using YTG Sales tracker and Simplifield.
4. Review and interpret sales reports from MACYS portal and Dior BI.
5. Create and maintain reporting for door productivity tiers.
6. Develop and implement inventory strategies to optimize stock levels.
7. Manage weekly order processes and maintain the purchase order log.
8. Utilize historical sales data and market trends for forecasting.
9. Collaborate with merchandising teams on assortment planning.
10. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams on new product introductions.
11. Manage tasks within the Simplifield system.
12. Act as a key point of contact for the sales force.

1. 5+ years of experience with planning and execution of retail events and programs.
2. Experience with MACYS Beauty retailer preferred.
3. Strong understanding of leading beauty and fragrance brands.
4. Knowledge of and passion for Dior brand required.

4. Strong understanding of merchandising to sales.

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail planning and execution, particularly in beauty and fragrance sectors.

LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $95,000-105,000.
