1. Conduct comprehensive data analysis on key business KPIs per store and area, focusing on sell-out development per point of sale and commercial line.
2. Accurately forecast sell-in per retailer and key commercial lines, collaborating closely with Product Managers to align with local strategies and global targets.
3. Collect and analyze key competitor and market data to identify growth opportunities in top retail doors and chains.
4. Develop and implement new tools to automate and simplify local target setting, reporting, and communication for Retail and POS managers.

1. Business graduate with at least 1 year of experience in data and business analysis, preferably within the cosmetics industry.

3. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proactive, open-minded, and a team player.
5. Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
6. Fluency in English; knowledge of Scandinavian languages or French is advantageous.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
