1. Oversee daily operations of retail boutiques across the MEIA region, ensuring efficiency and adherence to global and regional processes.
2. Implement and monitor standard operating procedures to maintain consistency across all locations.
3. Ensure compliance with Guerlain's policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
4. Analyze boutique performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
5. Lead, mentor, and develop retail management teams to achieve high levels of performance and engagement.
6. Ensure a superior customer experience by maintaining high standards of service and boutique presentation.
7. Develop, update, and implement store compliance policies and procedures.
8. Contribute to the development and execution of retail strategies and business plans.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
