1. Coordinate VMD installations across department stores and boutiques, ensuring alignment with central guidelines and local market needs.
2. Develop and manage schedules for VMD changes, including the shipment of testers and VMD tools.
3. Create, distribute, and provide training on manuals for VMD installation companies.
4. Oversee installation activities in key stores and verify completion reports from each location.
5. Maintain daily store aesthetics by creating, updating, and distributing VMD guidelines for corners, and conducting on-site checks.
6. Perform associated light tasks and manage vendor payments and purchase orders.

1. University degree or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 2 years in visual merchandising for luxury retail, preferably in international cosmetics or fashion brands.
3. Native-level proficiency in Japanese and basic English skills.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop are advantageous.
2. Action-oriented with strong negotiation and communication skills.
3. Organizational prowess and technical learning ability.
4. Creative thinking and process management.
5. Customer-focused approach.

A minimum of two years of experience in visual merchandising within luxury retail environments, ideally with international cosmetic or fashion brands.

University graduate or equivalent experience.
