Parfums Christian Dior Retail Marketing Operations Assistant

- Contribute to the development of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) marketing plans across fragrance, makeup, and skincare categories.
- Assist in defining and implementing product offerings specific to D2C channels, ensuring alignment with distribution strategies and market forecasts.
- Support the deployment of specific activation plans and 360-degree marketing initiatives, including merchandising, training, CRM, digital, and media.
- Establish and update tracking tools for D2C projects and prepare launch reports, including performance tracking and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate on the development of specific projects such as flagship store openings and new distribution models.
- Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) from a business school or equivalent program.
- Previous experience in operational marketing, preferably abroad, is advantageous.
- Autonomy and proactivity in a dynamic business environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and initiative-taking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, diplomatic attitude.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Entry-level position suitable for individuals with some experience in operational marketing, ideally with international exposure.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business or a related field.
