1. Drive sales growth and achieve objectives through strategic management of points of sale (POS).
2. Monitor commercial activity against key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Tailor retail strategies for each airport location based on performance, targets, and local challenges.
4. Implement retail strategies and update Top Door Plans regularly.
5. Set team targets to motivate and align with brand ambitions.
6. Manage profit and loss (P&L), ensuring profitability and return on investment (ROI).
7. Uphold brand image and execute product launches comprehensively.
8. Report sales and results to management using PBI & Simplifield dashboards.
9. Lead, coach, and motivate Airport Managers and Beauty Consultants, providing clear vision, objectives, and best practices.
10. Develop skills and capabilities through performance reviews and training.
11. Build succession plans for long-term team growth.
12. Oversee recruitment and talent retention.
13. Ensure optimal staffing levels within budget and business needs.
14. Conduct field visits, coaching, and appraisals for Beauty Consultants.
15. Manage freelance coverage, planning, and budget.
16. Collaborate with Area Manager to plan and manage field coach visits.
17. Guarantee an outstanding client experience across all POS.
18. Drive and support the implementation of retail digital tools.
19. Analyze key client experience indicators.
20. Ensure operational excellence in POS and act as the key liaison between HQ and the field.
21. Serve as the primary reference for Airport Managers regarding boutique and department store operations.
22. Maintain efficient communication with Mexico Subsidiary teams and Dior TR HQ Miami.
23. Lead POS openings and related processes.
24. Identify, consolidate, and report operational needs/issues and facilitate their resolution.
25. Coordinate with Area Manager and Avolta teams for efficient order tracking and stock processing.
26. Implement visual merchandising (VM) guidelines and collaborate closely on all VM topics.
27. Supervise and execute promotional activities defined by marketing.
28. Build and maintain strong relationships with Avolta teams across Mexico and the Caribbean.
29. Foster collaboration with local Avolta operations on team management, stock/tester flows, goal alignment, and event preparation.
30. Identify opportunities for management to negotiate with retailers or landlords.
31. Acculturate Avolta operations to PCD's values, vision, and ambition.

1. Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in a retail environment.

5. Extensive knowledge of figures to analyze data and draw valuable insights.

7. Aptitude for using digital tools to optimize business processes and customer experience.
8. Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
9. Exceptional negotiation skills in business dealings.

Preferably 5 years of sales management experience in a retail environment.
