2. Collaborate with the Area Manager to oversee commercial activities and maintain operational efficiency.
3. Cultivate and sustain relationships with local operators to ensure optimal stock levels and sales tracking.
4. Uphold brand image and ensure comprehensive execution of product launches.
5. Lead, coach, and motivate Beauty Consultants (BCs) to achieve collective success and individual growth.
6. Conduct regular field visits to ensure BCs adhere to grooming standards and brand storytelling.
7. Recruit and retain top talent in collaboration with local operators and the Area Manager.
8. Ensure operational excellence at POS, acting as the liaison between headquarters and the field.
9. Facilitate communication with headquarters for administrative and reporting tasks.
10. Establish and maintain robust relationships with retailers, identifying new partnership opportunities.

1. Minimum of 5 years in sales management within a retail environment.
2. Fluency in Turkish and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
