- Lead, coach, and motivate Beauty Consultants (BCs) to achieve collective success and individual growth.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure BCs adhere to grooming standards and brand storytelling.
- Recruit and retain top talent in collaboration with local operators and the Area Manager.
- Ensure operational excellence at POS, acting as the liaison between headquarters and the field.
- Facilitate communication with headquarters for administrative and reporting tasks.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with retailers, identifying new partnership opportunities.
- Minimum of 5 years in sales management within a retail environment.
- Fluency in Turkish and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
