1. Develop and manage sales performance by store to achieve targets.
2. Coordinate with the Sales-In team to ensure efficient order processing and optimal inventory levels.
3. Compile and present monthly sales reports to management, including new product launches.
4. Communicate competitive marketing activities to management.
5. Ensure adherence to Dior's selling techniques and brand values through customer service.
6. Motivate, evaluate, and retain a dynamic sales team, fostering team spirit.
7. Enhance BC productivity through regular coaching and counter visits.
8. Conduct annual appraisals and ensure attendance at mandatory training courses.
9. Initiate and execute local incentive programs.
10. Recruit qualified counter managers and BCs.
11. Collaborate with the Sales Manager on BC development plans and manpower allocation.
12. Plan and control retail activity expenses, ensuring sufficient manpower coverage.
13. Enhance Dior's brand image through visual merchandising and POS activities.
14. Supervise promotional activities and ensure effective execution.
15. Take ownership of retail projects and ensure consistent use of tools and standards.
16. Monitor progress and review counter results with counter heads.
17. Ensure follow-up on action plans to improve D.I.O.R indicators.

1. At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the sales department, preferably with counter management experience.
2. Extensive knowledge and experience in retail business, particularly in department stores.
3. Strong leadership and people management skills.
4. Proven ability to build effective teams.
5. Result-driven with ambition, motivation, and dynamism.
6. Sincere, down-to-earth, and people-oriented.
