- Develop and manage sales performance by store to achieve targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales-In team to ensure efficient order processing and optimal inventory levels.
- Compile and present monthly sales reports to management, including new product launches.
- Communicate competitive marketing activities to management.
- Ensure adherence to Dior's selling techniques and brand values through customer service.
- Motivate, evaluate, and retain a dynamic sales team, fostering team spirit.
- Enhance BC productivity through regular coaching and counter visits.
- Conduct annual appraisals and ensure attendance at mandatory training courses.
- Initiate and execute local incentive programs.
- Recruit qualified counter managers and BCs.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager on BC development plans and manpower allocation.
- Plan and control retail activity expenses, ensuring sufficient manpower coverage.
- Enhance Dior's brand image through visual merchandising and POS activities.
- Supervise promotional activities and ensure effective execution.
- Take ownership of retail projects and ensure consistent use of tools and standards.
- Monitor progress and review counter results with counter heads.
- Ensure follow-up on action plans to improve D.I.O.R indicators.
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the sales department, preferably with counter management experience.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in retail business, particularly in department stores.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven ability to build effective teams.
- Result-driven with ambition, motivation, and dynamism.
- Sincere, down-to-earth, and people-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- People-oriented supervisory skills.

- In-depth knowledge of PCD products and selling techniques.

Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within the sales department, ideally with experience as a counter manager.
