Christian Dior Retail Management Intern

1. Collaborate with the retail team to ensure high retail standards in daily operations, including management of saleable items, GWPs, testers, uniforms, POSM, and trade tools.
2. Participate in the planning and execution of store reopenings.
3. Provide administrative and logistical support to the retail team and stores.
4. Compile monthly sales trend reports, competition data, and feedback from retailers and shopfloor staff to devise action plans and incentives.
5. Conduct field coaching and role-playing with Beauty Consultants to enhance sales pitches and adherence to the Dior Art of Selling.
6. Work with Retail Managers to review coaching scores and improve service levels.
7. Collaborate with the Retail Excellence Manager to refine KPI visualization dashboards for analysis and presentations.
8. Ensure in-store visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines and oversee the execution of novelty VM launch plans.
9. Review monthly visual merchandising reports and provide feedback for improvements.
10. Prepare monthly stock-on-hand data and analysis to maintain healthy stock levels and assist in stock replenishment planning.
11. Collaborate on stockholding management and forecast planning for the SEA region.

1. Commitment to a full-time internship for at least six months from January 26 to June 26.
2. University student or recent graduate seeking in-depth knowledge in retail operations within a leading luxury beauty brand.
3. Enjoyment of data analysis, report writing, and workflow process improvement.

1. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
2. Strong analytical and numerical skills.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Motivated and fast learner with a positive attitude.

Beginner level experience in retail or related fields is preferred.

Current university student or recent graduate.
