1. Conduct in-store coaching and travel extensively to enhance team competencies.
2. Develop and implement training curricula for retail staff.
3. Cultivate strong relationships with top-tier store managers.
4. Facilitate regional meetings to align strategies and objectives.
5. Collaborate with training, trade, and merchandising teams to optimize performance and event planning.
6. Manage administrative tasks including performance reporting and stockroom communication.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, coaching, and team development.
2. Relevant experience in retail and/or luxury sectors, with a preference for cosmetics.

1. Exceptional people management skills with empathy and growth stimulation.
2. High emotional intelligence and strong communication abilities.
3. Analytical skills and foresight.
4. Proficiency in Office 365, with advanced Excel skills as a plus.
5. Fluency in Dutch and English; French is advantageous.
6. Valid driving license.

A minimum of three years in training, coaching, and developing teams within retail or luxury environments is required, with a preference for experience in cosmetics.

The position offers a hybrid working model, allowing for a balance between in-store presence and remote work from home or the office.
