1. Manage retail operations and drive sales performance for department store counters.
2. Liaise and coordinate with retailers to ensure smooth operations.
3. Ensure visual merchandising, BC grooming, and POS activities adhere to brand guidelines.
4. Ensure adequate manpower coverage at all counters.
5. Prepare and process purchase orders and sales returns for all retailers, including new launches and price changes.
6. Process phone orders for boutiques.
7. Manage and distribute price lists.
8. Schedule monthly paperwork collection from all boutiques.
9. Prepare monthly boutique and counter managers' meetings.
10. Lead and manage all people-related topics for beauty consultants and counter managers, including part-timer management and induction.
11. Manage the Dior Connect system.
12. Organize year-end warehouse closing schedules between warehouse and store teams.
13. Consolidate daily sales of all stores into daily sales tracking files.
14. Prepare data for weekly newsletters and sales meetings.
15. Prepare monthly reports (retail sales, service tracking, incentive tracking, etc.).
16. Consolidate monthly ranking results from department stores.
17. Consolidate inventory reports of all stores.
18. Manage POS discounts.
19. Perform all other ad-hoc tasks and topics as assigned.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Proficiency in MS Office.
2. Knowledge of SAP.
3. Resourcefulness and self-motivation.
4. Result-oriented mindset.
5. Ability to multi-task and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
6. Business orientation with sensitivity to numbers and reporting.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail operations or a similar field.
