Christian Dior Retail Executive

- Assist in managing various retailers, including sales order processing and operational support.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan replenishment and distribute products, testers, and promotional materials based on sales targets and counter activities.
- Work closely with trade, training, and Visual Merchandising teams to achieve sales objectives and facilitate on-counter activations.
- Liaise with Points of Sale regarding supply needs, including product availability and returns.
- Monitor stock movement with the logistics team to ensure counter needs are met.
- Prepare reports and conduct data analysis of sales performance, competitor analysis, and market trends.
- Perform administrative tasks related to sales orders, stock allocation, invoicing, and returns.
- Communicate new launch information to the field team and prepare feedback for the marketing team.
- Conduct on-counter coaching with the field team to drive sales objectives.
- Provide field support based on counter demands.
- Assist the Sales and Retail team with administrative tasks and operational support.
- Coordinate and support retail employee recruitment and selection arrangements.
- Handle IT or technical issues for counters.
- Manage Part-Time manpower arrangements for the Retail Team.
- Prepare and update reports for Management review.
- Manage counter T&E and POS-related payments.
- Work with the supply chain team on stock management, including Purchase Orders and damage handling.
- Manage Code 3 item orders for POS, including product testers and promotional materials.
- Support High Profile Projects, special events, and shop renovations.
- Manage customer database and provide digital support to counters.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Exposure to Travel Retail is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Qlik, and Salesforce is a plus.
- Business-oriented with strong numerical and reporting skills.
- Results and action-oriented with problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication skills and a team player.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with exposure to Travel Retail considered a plus.
