- Conceptualize and develop innovative, blended training packages (online and offline) that are engaging, immersive, and sales/practice-oriented, aligned with market needs.
- Support marketing category plans and new establishment openings by focusing on brand pillars and new products.
- Develop career pathways for Beauty Consultants, enhancing skills from junior BCs to Expert status, focusing on sales artistry, expertise, services, and storytelling.
- Co-develop and co-facilitate international and regional training seminars.
- Support local training teams, collaborating with a global community of over 200 trainers.
- Ensure the continuous update of training tools.
- Identify and collaborate with external partners to design programs aligned with the brand's messages and values.
- Engage the Beauty Consultant community via the digital training application.
- Organize and conduct in-person training sessions throughout the year, requiring 4 to 5 trips annually.
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) from a business school or equivalent university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management roles within the beauty and skincare industry, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong affinity for training and fieldwork within the luxury sector.
- Dynamic, proactive, pragmatic, curious, flexible, and adaptable with a collaborative spirit.
- Excellent storytelling and synthesis skills.
- Proficient in IT tools (Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop), digital, and video tools.
- Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is an asset.
Minimum of 5 years in project management within the beauty and skincare industry, preferably in an international environment.
Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) from a business school or equivalent university.
