- Assist the Retail Education Manager Europe in deploying the European training strategy across markets.
- Adapt, co-construct, and implement training content for various retail populations.
- Act as a trainer across three axes: Fragrance, Makeup, and Skincare, as well as in areas such as selling ceremony, management, coaching, and clienteling.
- Coordinate the deployment of training in French and English for the European customer service team.
- Adapt training pathways from integration to expertise, ensuring alignment with new product training content.
- Animate new product and integration training sessions.
- Monitor learning performance indicators to ensure skill enhancement of Beauty Advisors.
- Organize and conduct in-person and remote training sessions for European projects.
- Contribute to the animation of the Training Managers community through seminars and workshops.
- Deploy digital learning strategies, supporting markets in the use of learning applications and digital tools.
- Ensure comprehensive reporting of learning activities across Europe.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the luxury and beauty sector as a trainer.
- Strong knowledge in educational engineering and blended learning.
- Proficiency in digital learning tools (applications, E-Learning, V-Learning, Live).
- Comfortable with digital environments and social media.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including remote communication.
- Outstanding listening and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.
- Client and business-oriented mindset.
- Passion for products and customer experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of new sales domains (clienteling, online services).
- Expertise in digital tools (Zoom, Teams) and software (PPT, Excel).
- Fluency in English and French.
A minimum of 5 years in the luxury and beauty industry, specifically in a training capacity, with a robust understanding of pedagogical engineering and blended learning methodologies.
