1. Assist in organizing training cycles, contributing to training tools and strategies, and collaborating with a team of seven European trainers to analyze needs and develop activities and tools.
2. Participate in the creation of training modules to enhance the skills of sales teams.
3. Determine content for activation on the MyDIOR platform and manage community engagement, including scheduling, content creation, KPI analysis, and reporting.
4. Collaborate with Central Training teams.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent program.
2. Ideally, previous experience in project management, training, marketing, or digital sectors.
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

2. Dynamic, proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Passionate about cosmetics and luxury industries.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. Knowledge of Canva and video/photo editing software is a plus.

Ideal candidates will have some prior experience in project management, training, marketing, or digital fields, particularly within the luxury or cosmetics industries.

Pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
