1. Assist in organizing training cycles, contributing to the development of training tools, and strategizing immersive training experiences.
2. Collaborate with a team of seven European trainers to analyze needs and construct activities and tools.
3. Participate in the creation of training modules to enhance the skills of sales teams.
4. Determine content for activation on the MyDIOR platform, manage timelines, create and manage content, analyze KPIs, and produce reports.
5. Collaborate with central training teams.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent program.
2. Ideally, previous experience in project management, training, marketing, or digital fields.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Familiarity with Canva is advantageous.
3. Sensitivity to social media and basic knowledge of video creation or photo editing software such as CapCut.
4. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Entry-level, ideally with some experience in project management, marketing, or digital fields.

Master's degree in progress in a relevant field.
