1. Track regional performance by clusters, stores, and product categories.
2. Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
3. Build strategic planning based on focus areas.
4. Monitor trade actions per retail chain.
5. Manage product assortment and sampling usage.
6. Monitor competitor presence and activations.
7. Motivate and train store teams within the region.
8. Present new products and ensure perfect merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
9. Provide best-in-class selling ceremonies in stores.
10. Develop loyalty through strong brand relationships with top clients and conduct one-to-one appointments.
11. Enhance cross-selling opportunities and increase productivity.
12. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand's values and ethos.

1. Fluency in Dutch and a strong working knowledge of English.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of commercial or retail experience.
3. Established relationships with key beauty retailers in the market (preferred).
