- Support the deployment of retail transformation projects across various markets.
- Consolidate key performance metrics for retail/clienteling and assist in tracking customer experience performance (e.g., NPS).
- Develop key communications for the service/markets (newsletters, etc.).
- Create change management materials (workshops, animations, etc.).
- Assist in preparing presentations for project meetings and top management.
- Conduct competitive analysis of retail/clienteling/service innovations.
- Enrolled in an Engineering or Business School, ideally with initial experience in strategy consulting or retail/CRM project management within the luxury/cosmetics/fashion industry.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Open-mindedness, proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Affinity for the luxury sector and customer experience/retail topics.
- Sales experience is highly valued.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
