1. Support the deployment of retail transformation projects across various markets.
2. Consolidate key performance metrics for retail/clienteling and assist in tracking customer experience performance (e.g., NPS).
3. Develop key communications for the service/markets (newsletters, etc.).
4. Create change management materials (workshops, animations, etc.).
5. Assist in preparing presentations for project meetings and top management.
6. Conduct competitive analysis of retail/clienteling/service innovations.

1. Enrolled in an Engineering or Business School, ideally with initial experience in strategy consulting or retail/CRM project management within the luxury/cosmetics/fashion industry.
2. Fluent in French and English.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
4. Open-mindedness, proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
5. Affinity for the luxury sector and customer experience/retail topics.
6. Sales experience is highly valued.
