1. Minimum of a Bac+2 degree in a commercial field (BTS MUC, BTS NRC, DUT TC) or a Bac+3 to 5 in a university discipline (literature, languages, humanities, art history).

2. Strong interpersonal, service, and commercial skills.
3. Excellent communication and discourse level.
4. Proficiency in French and English; additional languages such as Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, Thai, Korean, Italian, or Portuguese are advantageous.
