1. Monitor and track promotional activities.
2. Validate and oversee scheduling.
3. Manage external freelance agency pools, updating personalized records and tracking materials.
4. Conduct quality checks in the field.
5. Prepare logistical files for client gifts.
6. Manage inventory and dispatch materials to sales teams and clients, including logistics organization and tracking.
7. Provide feedback and optimize assignments.
8. Prepare mapping and visit report sheets for Retail Developers.
9. Centralize and disseminate essential retail documents.
10. Prepare performance tracking tables.
11. Manage the retail team's visit schedule.
12. Maintain tracking documents for grooming and material needs.
13. Participate in and document team meetings (BELUX & NL).
14. Actively engage in recruitment, scheduling, quality tracking, and feedback for field interns (sales).

1. Currently enrolled in higher education studies.
2. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Dutch is advantageous.

The position offers a 38-hour workweek with a flexible remote work policy, allowing for two days of remote work per week.
