1. Monitor and follow up on promotional activities.
2. Validate and manage scheduling processes.
3. Oversee external freelance agency pools, including updating personalized records and tracking materials.
4. Conduct quality control checks on-site.
5. Prepare logistical files for client gifts.
6. Manage inventory and dispatch materials to sales teams and clients, ensuring efficient logistical organization and tracking.
7. Provide feedback and optimize assignments.
8. Prepare mapping and visit reports for Retail Developers.
9. Centralize and disseminate essential retail documents.
10. Compile performance tracking reports.
11. Manage the retail team's visit schedules.
12. Maintain tracking documents for grooming and material needs.
13. Participate in team meetings and prepare minutes for BELUX & NL regions.
14. Actively engage in the recruitment, scheduling, quality monitoring, and feedback processes for field interns.

1. Currently enrolled in higher education studies.
