10. Compile performance tracking reports.
11. Manage the retail team's visit schedules.
12. Maintain tracking documents for grooming and material needs.
13. Participate in team meetings and prepare minutes for BELUX & NL regions.
14. Actively engage in the recruitment, scheduling, quality monitoring, and feedback processes for field interns.

1. Currently enrolled in higher education studies.
