1. Support the implementation and follow-up of the annual launch plan at Dior Points of Sale in El Corte Inglés.
2. Prepare Clienteling reports and monitor CRM KPIs on a weekly basis.
3. Define and execute actions to recruit new clients through CRM campaigns.
4. Plan seasonal support teams during key commercial periods.
5. Organize motivational challenges for the team to boost sales during key commercial moments.
6. Track key retail KPIs on a weekly basis.
7. Create monthly newsletters for the retail team.
8. Organize skincare cabins in collaboration with trade and operational marketing teams.

1. Degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level); French is a plus.
3. Eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university.
