- Facilitate communication between Head Office and Retail Field Team, providing comprehensive support for daily tasks and projects.
- Assist in the administration of day-to-day retail operations.
- Develop and monitor incentive communications, tracking performance and results.
- Manage the Excel target-setting document for the UK & IRE Field Team, setting Dior Ambassador targets.
- Compile weekly retail reports for Senior Leadership.
- Process RGAs (Customer Returns) as directed by the UK & IRE Field Team.
- Maintain accurate data in all retail digital tools, including Salesforce, Infoware, and PowerBI.
- Manage retail help inboxes to resolve queries or issues at the point of sale.
- Collaborate with CRM, Commercial, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to optimize retail sell-out.
- Ensure timely processing of purchase orders and invoices via SAP, aligning retail spend with budget.
- Support store agency bookings and invoicing.
- Coordinate and assist with booking retail excursions, including hotel, flight, and activity arrangements.
- Support administrative requests related to sell-in and sell-out data.
- Compile retailer reports and produce PCD Retail Results for Senior Leadership meetings.
- Align with Marketing and Insights teams on new product forecasts and update tracking documents.
- Manage commercial catalogues and action sheets, informing the Commercial team of forecasted allocations.
- Update and maintain SKU files for daily reporting by the wider team.
- Distribute sales trackers to the wider team weekly.
- Oversee the LVMH Beauty weekly report, ensuring timely completion for the Senior Leadership team.
- Graduate from a business school with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in cross-functional communication.
- Awareness of business priorities with clear communication to achieve tasks timely.
- Fluency in English.
- Confident use of Excel.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- IT proficiency.
- Solid interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude.
- Team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with SAP (preferable, not essential).
Entry-level experience in sales or marketing within the luxury environment is advantageous but not essential.
Graduate from a business school.
