Christian Dior Retail Analyst Intern

- Liaise between Head Office and Retail Field Team, providing comprehensive support for daily tasks and projects.
- Administer day-to-day Retail Operations tasks, including reporting and general administration.
- Create and track incentive communications, monitoring results and performance.
- Manage the Excel Target setting document for UK & IRE Field Team to set Dior Ambassador targets.
- Compile weekly retail Excel reports for Senior Leadership.
- Process RGAs as provided by the UK & IRE Field Team.
- Accurately manage Back Office data in all Retail Digital tools such as Salesforce, Infoware, and PowerBI.
- Oversee retail help inboxes for Dior Ambassadors and Field Team to resolve point-of-sale queries.
- Collaborate with CRM, Commercial, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to maximize retail sell-out.
- Ensure timely clearance of purchase orders and invoices via SAP, aligning retail spend with budget.
- Assist with store Agency bookings and invoicing.
- Coordinate retail excursions, including hotel, flight, and activity bookings.
- Support team with administrative requests for sell-in and sell-out data.
- Compile retailer reports and produce PCD Retail Results for Senior Leadership meetings.
- Align with Marketing and Insights teams on new product forecasts and update tracking documents.
- Maintain ownership of commercial catalogue and action sheets, informing the Commercial team of forecasted allocations.
- Update and maintain SKU files for Monday reporting, utilized daily by the team.
- Distribute sales trackers to the wider team weekly.
- Manage LVMH Beauty weekly report updates for PCD and ensure timely completion by all brands for Senior Leadership.
- Graduate from a Business school with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in sales or marketing within the luxury environment is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work and communicate cross-functionally.
- Awareness of business priorities with clear communication to achieve tasks timely.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- Familiarity with SAP is preferable but not essential.
Beginner-level experience, ideally with exposure to sales or marketing in the luxury sector.
Graduate from a Business school.
