1. Develop and execute a comprehensive 360-degree launch plan for the new Dubai Mall boutique, ensuring strategic alignment and brand visibility.
2. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with internal departments and external partners for the successful execution of the store opening.
3. Monitor and report on post-launch performance, implementing corrective actions to ensure sustained success.
4. Oversee retail activation and optimize productivity through tailored activation plans.
5. Develop strategies to drive foot traffic and sales performance in newly launched or refurbished boutiques.
6. Analyze retail activation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
7. Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent application of strategies and share insights across markets.
8. Prepare reports and presentations on retail activation performance for senior management.

1. 3-5 years of professional experience in a retail environment or managing retail-focused events.
2. Demonstrated understanding of retail operations and realities.
3. Proven experience in event and/or project management.
4. Experience with premium brands and high-value clients is advantageous.
