Christian Dior Research Coordinator – Sensory Research & Cosmetic Expert Evaluation

- Manage and coordinate sensory research sessions with trained Japanese panels.
- Analyze and present data obtained from panel sessions, ensuring high data quality.
- Evaluate development formulas and provide guidance on texture adjustments.
- Conduct competitor product analysis to understand texture trends and consumer perceptions.
- Support innovation projects by providing sensory analysis results to the Japan lab.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing or product development in FMCG, preferably in the cosmetic industry.
- Experience in sensory analysis or qualitative and/or quantitative research preferred.
- Knowledge of product planning, development, and sensorial evaluation preferred.
- Japanese native level and English business level proficiency.
- Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Advanced knowledge in sensory data collection and statistical software such as SIMS 2000, XLSTAT, Eye Question, FIZZ, SAS preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Experience in statistical analysis and reporting preferred.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing or product development within the FMCG sector, with a preference for those with a background in cosmetics.
Bachelor’s degree required.
