Parfums Christian Dior Reporting Controller

- Consolidate, analyze, and report monthly sales figures.
- Collect and verify sales data from all subsidiaries.
- Align data across management tools (Anaplan/Essbase) and consolidation systems (SAP FC).
- Produce reports for the Executive Committee of Parfums Christian Dior and the Group.
- Publish reports for internal departments such as Supply Chain and Management Control.
- Consolidate, analyze, and report sales forecasts monthly.
- Project sales figures for a four-month period and communicate projections by market.
- Analyze sales data and present findings to the management team.
- Coordinate with other financial departments to produce financial documents for the Executive Committee.
- Prepare budgetary documents for the Executive Committee and the Group.
- Consolidate and analyze the rolling forecast at least four times annually.
- Coordinate data collection and produce summaries for the Financial Directorate.
- Manage exchange rate data for actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
- Participate in the preparation of financial information for auditors and the Works Council.
- Train financial controllers in reporting tools and support global financial teams as a 'key user'.
- Actively participate in the deployment and technical administration of financial reporting tools such as Anaplan and Power BI.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management control or audit firms.
- Proven analytical and synthesis skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Demonstrated initiative, proactivity, and responsiveness.
- Expertise in financial reporting and data consolidation.
- Proficiency in Anaplan, Essbase, and SAP FC.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and training abilities.
- Technical proficiency in financial tools administration.
A minimum of 5 years in management control or audit environments, excluding internships.
