Parfums Christian Dior Regulatory Project Manager - Fragrance Ingredients
LVMH Recherche serves as the pivotal Research and Innovation Center for all the Houses within the LVMH Group's Perfumes and Cosmetics division. - Conduct international regulatory monitoring by gathering, analyzing, and disseminating information on the regulation of raw materials and fragrances.
- Communicate regulatory developments and manage associated risks and opportunities.
- Support the update of the risk substance mapping.
- Actively contribute to the update and dissemination of the Perfume and Grey List commitment charter.
- Respond to expertise requests on regulatory elements related to ingredients and raw materials prior to their regulation from LVMH Recherche colleagues and regulatory affairs teams across the Group's Houses and countries.
- Participate in the development of guidelines for the practical implementation of rules, standards, and regulations applicable to fragrance ingredients and raw materials.
- Inform, sensitize, and train colleagues (regulatory affairs teams of the Houses, LVMH Recherche, etc.) on regulations and recommendations related to ingredients.
- Participate and contribute to the defense of ingredients in ingredient working groups in France and Europe.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in pharmacy, chemistry, or biology.
- Proficiency in international cosmetic regulations and chemical substance regulations (REACH, CLP, national inventories).
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Demonstrated analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing environments.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the fragrance industry is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in pharmacy, chemistry, or biology.
